Quad Advisor - Kilgo and Few
As a Quad Advisor in Duke’s Academic Advising Center, I support undergraduate students as they explore the many academic possibilities at Duke. I work with students as they navigate curriculum requirements, think through their academic options, and develop academic plans that feel intentional and aligned with their values and goals.
My advising approach is grounded in relationship building, reflection, and individualized guidance. I aim to create a collaborative space where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring uncertainty as they build confidence in their academic decisions and plans.
I bring more than a decade of experience in higher education and advising to this role and hold master’s degrees in Higher Education Administration and in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My background in both advising and social work shapes my holistic, student-centered approach and my commitment to supporting students as whole people throughout their time at Duke.
