Welcome to the Graduate and Professional School Day (GPSD) website. The information contained on this page is intended for your use as a school representative.

Due to space limitations, participation in GPSD is by invitation only, and each school is expected to have one representative. A second representative will require an addition fee. We offer an online registration system for the convenience of schools invited to participate in GPSD. Your registration provides us with important information about your institution and the graduate or professional program(s) that will be represented at the Fair, as well as the name of the individual who will be representing you. You will be able to pay the participation fee electronically at the same time that you register or later if you prefer (see details below).

Participation Fee

Schools invited to participate in GPSD  are expected to pay a $200 participation fee. If you bring another representative with you there will be an additional $100 participation fee.

Note: Your representative(s) should expect to share a table with another school, thereby permitting us to accommodate as many schools as possible at the Fair.

Payment Options

The fee may be paid electronically by credit/procurement card (preferred method) either at the time of registration or later in the summer.

To register and/or pay the participation fee please visit the registration website

Payment by check is also welcome. If you opt to pay by check, please make the check payable to "Duke University" and note "GPSD" on the bottom corner of the check. Payments should be mailed to:

Conference Services
Box 09841
0066 Bryan Center
Durham, NC 27701

Please keep in mind that payment is expected by October 1. Fees are refundable if we are notified of any cancellations on or before this date.
