Parents sometimes have questions about their daughter or son’s academic progress or other subjects related to the college experience. The Academic Advising Center hosts an open house during Parents’ and Family Weekend every fall, and representatives from our network of advisors are available to answer questions and talk to students and their parents. If questions or issues arise at other times of the year, we encourage parents to contact the appropriate academic dean or call the AAC at (919) 684-6217.
The Office of Parent and Family Programs serves as the primary point of contact for all Duke parents and families, helping them to stay connected, both to their children and to other Duke families, and remain informed about what's going on within the greater Duke community. In addition to using its website, the office keeps parents informed with its Facebook page and Twitter feed.
